We are operators first.
Every member of our team has signed paychecks, hired and fired, and watched the inventory count. Strategy without operations is theater.
The smallest useful project wins.
We will tell you when a 4-week project is enough. Twelve-month retainers exist for our benefit, not yours. We do not do that.
Field work is real work.
Installing devices on a fleet, walking a job site, sitting at the install bay — that's where most consultants quit. That's where we start.
Plain numbers always.
If we can't tell you in dollars and weeks what we did and what it earned you, we didn't do it well. Every report has receipts.
Local matters.
We're in Chandler. We work the Phoenix metro. We don't subcontract relationships to a hub in another state. If you're hiring a marketing consultant in Chandler, you should be hiring someone who knows your zip code by name.

Manny Harmon founded SafeArbor after years of running operations across consulting and service-based businesses. Building generational wealth — for his own family of ten kids and his wife, and for the families behind every business he works with — is the whole point.
SafeArbor Consulting LLC is registered in the State of Arizona, headquartered in Chandler, and serves the Phoenix metro along with select federal and state contracting opportunities.
The firm operates two flagship programs (the Adway-powered fleet and an advertiser sales pipeline) alongside a core consulting practice in strategy, marketing, and operations.
